The Masseria directly overlooks the swimming pool surrounded by palm trees and is spread over three floors and has 3 large suites, all with independent entrance from the outside and two bedrooms.
From the elegant entrance, you enter a large and refined living area with a double-sided fireplace that ideally separates the TV area and the reading or relaxation area, characterized by a large window overlooking the surrounding olive trees.
The Suite located on the first floor of the Masseria and crowned by star vaults in Lecce stone and has a total area of about 260 square meters, an elegant double bedroom with king size bed and fireplace with large bathroom with a sumptuous circular tub.
Equipped with a large and exclusive terrace, which overlooks the olive grove and the swimming pool, enriched by a colonnade, where you can indulge in pleasant conversations and readings on the comfortable sofas. The suite’s tones are warm red and gold in the main bedroom and blue in the second bedroom, creating a warm and refined atmosphere.
Also on the first floor of the Masseria we find the attic with an external entrance, with a breathtaking view of the spectacular swimming pool. It has a total area of about 70 square meters, simple and elegant furnishings, equipped with a double bed, private bathroom with shower and a large exclusive veranda, equipped with gazebo and sofas.
The tones of the room are cobalt blue and gold, which create a refined and elegant environment.
The two poolside Suites also overlook the wonderful pool, both with huge windows that let in the splendid light of the Salento sun, just a few steps to reach the pool beach.
The first Suite has an area of about 80 square meters, it is a large loft with a large living area furnished with sitting areas, a large sleeping area with a king size bed and a very spacious bathroom, in shades of white and pearl gray, with shower and bathtub for two people at floor level. The tones of the suite are very natural: white, straw yellow, hazelnut, ivory of natural stone, typical colors of our land, creating an essential but at the same time refined and delicate environment
The second Suite has an area of about 90 square meters, with 4 beds. It is a large loft with a large living area furnished with sitting areas, a large sleeping area with a king size bed, a large area with a double bed and fireplace and a very spacious bathroom, in shades of white and pearl gray, with shower and large stone bathtub. The tones are very natural, colors typical of our land, white, straw yellow, hazelnut, ivory of natural stone that create an essential but at the same time refined and delicate environment.
Also inside the Masseria we find the room, which located at the pool level, overlooks the greenery of the garden. It has a total area of about 55 square meters, simple and elegant furnishings, equipped with a king size bed, private bathroom with shower and a large exclusive veranda, equipped with sofas. The room tones are fuchsia and cream, creating a refined and elegant environment.
